Proactive Network Administration

Active management of your network, as opposed to waiting for it to breakdown, increases its reliability and your productivity. There are a few key areas that should be regularly maintained in order to ensure the safety and reliability of your network:

  1. - Data Backup and Verification
  2. - Antivirus Software Updates and Monitoring
  3. - Microsoft and Application Updates
  4. - Hardware Condition
  5. - Firewall Integrity

Remote Network Monitoring

If your server crashes or your network is "down", rapid resolution is critical. Server issues often affect every user on your network. You cannot afford to wait until tomorrow or the next day for an answer. We offer a network monitoring service ensuring your network availability and uptime. We can also monitor your webhosts for issues and interuptions.

Technology Planningdiagram2

The development of a technology plan is important in achieving your long-term business goals. An effective technology plan will document the details of what these goals are, how technology can help you accomplish these long-term business goals, and documentation of the costs in reaching these specified goals. You will feel confident that you are spending wisely and setting the necessary pieces in place for the implementation of these goals in the future.

Virtual Private Networks (VPN)
A VPN connect branch offices and remote users by utilizing a public network, such as the Internet, while providing the same security as a private network.  Since using a Virtual Private Network involves encrypting data before sending it through the public network and decrypting it once it is received, information is securely protected.  Also, because Virtual Private Networks use an existing WAN (Wide Area Network) infrastructure, costs are dramatically reduced and deployment is faster than traditional private networks.
